I wrote “Foolish but real” with all the passion I felt for my girlfriend. It's a Valentine's Day gift for my first true love.

Working on this song also reminded me that love can sometimes seem foolish, but everything you feel and have in a relationship is real. That's why the song is called “Foolish but real.”
